IPL sell their DAP overseas as well and don't just supply us Aussies. They are also involved in the explosives business.
If you've been burned then it's very sad indeed but I don't think for a minute that it's a case if IPL ripping you off.
It's the market that sets a price. If you aren't happy with that then simply don't buy!
It sounds like you're not and that's your prerogative but that's not what IPL is all about so maybe go and have a chat to someone about whatever issues you have. You obviously don't have an interest in IPL so let's just leave it at that.
