No way any company in their right mind is jeopardising the atmosphere of an AGM by announcing negative news the day before,
If it was negative it could already have been released earlier or as I said later.
The timing the day before is not coincidence nor is it manipulation.
It just makes for a jovial group of happy campers on the day
