GPN must be the only company where directors have to sit around a table holding hands to approve a report release. What great things is this director up to that can't enable him to look at a report delivered by email, make a phone call to discuss the i's and t's and then release?

Oh all the above is if that's the reason the report isn't being released, of course, which I very much doubt.
