re: why this gap will be filled. Absolutely! Whenever you see a junior being nurtured by a larger company you know that the smaller company has something good to offer. The trick for the smaller company is not to get screwed. I think getting screwed is less of an issue for INL, as they are not involved in a zero sum game with IVN, both can benefit, particularly in respect to Hellyer.
