As a shareholder and part-owner of this Company, I want to know (to be able to make my investment decision)

a) When did the patient die?
b) Did they cease to take Monepantel and if so - when?

The share price has been steadily declining so this information may have had an impact on the decline. As we all know in the stock market there are loose lips and leaky ships. It is inevitable that information passes from person to person. So if we know the date of death we then know the share price at the time. Then ASIC can check the register to see who has sold out since that date.

In my opinion, the first death of a patient who, although not actively participating in a 'trial' was still taking Monepantel on a compassionate basis and 'may' have a material affect on the share price and therefore is required to be disclosed with all relevant information.
