Agree largely. I think the company has unfortunately failed on the comms side. Yes you may be correct they didnt have to announce as regs require, however sliding it into a quarterly is just plain dumb, unless the intent was to cause a SP slide.

So you can argue they didn't have to, but they probably should have. Be proactive. Show investors you give a damn about their investment. Is not about placating. Its about running a publicly listed company, where whether they like it or not shareholder return is a top priority. We've dropped from 52c to 22c in the space of 30 days without as much as a boo (no pun) from management.
