I don't think that we are being treated with contempt either. More like just with a lack of clarity, which in turn brings a feeling of mistrust from SHs, as in "what aren't they telling us?" I totally accept that MT may want to leave for a myriad of reasons, but with no statement from him I assume a clash of ideas with the BoD. The lack of response (secrecy?) to the questions on the hub only makes me think this more. The old saying, "if you can't say anything good, don't say anything at all" springs to mind. They must think that anything they say may not be taken well by SHs...that's a worry.

MT leaving is a shock and probably not what most us wanted, but he has laid the foundations for us. So why not front foot this issue with a positive, enthusiastic webinar, showing us the team and that all systems are still GO, I don't think that most of us would have an issue. All most of us want to know is that we are still following the same path, that we be kept informed and that things are not returning to how they were before MT's arrival. One of the reasons stated for MT getting the job was shareholder relationship skills. IMO that's what we are lacking again.

We know MT used to read these HC threads, let's hope that he is encouraging John to as well.
