MT mentioned a couple of times that he thought $2.4 B was the right sort of price PAA should be worth as we progressed down the Phase 2/3 path. Maybe the BoD are blaming him for setting SH expectations too high and they want to consider a much smaller price tag and that upset the apple cart? If they were thinking more like $500M, that would still be a dollar a share, I wonder who of us would take that now?

I agree with you there ldrink2that.

I was thinking that high value expectation vs maybe what the board thought about its value, and wanting to do didn’t sit well somewhere…
