I dont think its just that. There are a bunch of smaller signs that people are intuitively picking up that is introducing concern.
1. Declining shareprice in the week leading up to MT resignation.
2. MT resignation, which makes zero sense.
3. Companies refusal to engage shareholders on this or anything else.
4. Complete silence after a fantastic run of pro active engagement.
5. The concern that Roger and co are back to steering the ship.
6. Less committed language around trial dates
7. Funding silence and likely raise at 50% less to where it could have been completed a month ago.
8. Utter silence from new CEO
9. Slipping a one liner about the death into a quarterly with no follow up.
10. Death was under the average death time for MND, and company just buts it down to 'bulbar' of which nothing had been said previously.
11. No updates from USA visits, assumption is no good news.
12. No updates on SAB or other trials.
13. Going silent on investor board, all questions private and others ignored. What are you hiding.

I have to say the 180 degree turn in sentiment has spooked the market and i dont blame people for sensing something off and taking profits. This falls 100% at useless management. 50% decline in a month. Welcome back to PAA of old.
