Potentially but the title should have been changed immediately upon resignation...just an oversight that I suggest has been brought to his attention.
My conspiracy theory is that the good Dr T told the proponents of change to only talk to him after all required board/management changes were done and dusted. Obviously he would not want blood on his hands for such wholesale changes.
Once the changes are in place and bedded down then I suggest he will be willing to return as the CEO.
