Just watched the EGM video.
It answers so many questions, so anyone who hasn't watched it then get yourself to a toilet and enjoy the hour.
Some paraphrasing of our smug-faced CEO:
- After the upcoming MND trial "we will not be doing another trial" (ie. We will either be licensing out the IP/tools/MPL for big pharma to do the work. Or we will have been taken over)
- Other neuro diseases involving autophagy are absolutely on the cards. Eg. Alzheimers, Parkinsons, etc.
- The database of 9000 MND cases they are referencing essentially provides a 30 fold increase to the statistical power of each of the 12 patients in the current trial.
- Canine trials on hold for now, as the MND pathway to other neuro studies is far more lucrative/shorter time/cheaper.
- approx $1b value of MND alone. Possibility of $5b valuation if other neuro studies come good.
- Blomenstein suggested they might convert oppies when SP hits 30c (we'll see..)
-Anticipation of more funding options as the results get better. Fight MND might get creative amd offer more cash or even take an equity stake. Getting lotsof calls from brokers and investors.
-recent SP increase is "all about MND"
