It must be incredibly saddening for the hospiatal carers, in a trial like this MND. to see many patients begining to suffer while others may even improve. Of course they don't know who the placebos are: but they, and patients will know how effective monepantel is.
Surely, the FDA aten't so heartless as to force the placebos to continue to die for 12 months. (What about the sacred hypocratic oath?).
So of course, those who are administating the formulation don't know. Initially,, to whom they are letting suffer an awful death, but according to PAA's cohort 2 data, they very soon will.
