The questions around take over and option conversion from my understanding if a full cash take over at a price per share happens the normal process is as mentioned here option holders get what ever the take over bid is less the conversion cost so in this case it would be the price offered per share less 15 cents.

But what happens if the take over is done totally on a cash figure lets say $750m how is that worked out, as normally one would just divide the $750m by shares on issue to get the offer per share price.

And then what happens if the take over bid is a combination of a dollar figure plus shares in the company doing the take over
