NZ, I think the point QQ was making is that if the same $156,000 medication that humans are taking IS available from the local vet for a fraction of the price, it'll take about 5 minutes before people are buying the meds from the vet instead AND/OR it becomes very difficult to sustain the $156,000 price.
So the "let's just do a vet deal to pay for everything" idea that's been getting some traction is not quite so straightforward.
