They literally had months to prepare for funding and it should have been announced with the Phase 1 announcement, but it appears all the eggs are in the ‘Everything For Sale’ basket. If they can’t sell PAA this week, SP will be back to the teens next week, I’d guess. And all parties involved know this. Desperate times for some.
