Who mentioned private equity funds ? My own view is that the CEO and BOD together particularly with the latest addition of Dr Durthy have enough experience to see this through.
The context of the statement was the possibility of using a specialist Investment Bank to assist, this is not an unusual practice. It's not the only way to do things and depends on many things. In this instance they would be working for Pharmaust and their reward/remuneration would be dependent on the final price may be.
