"We are close to selling MPL , Closer than anyone thinks"
BP strategy would be to wait for ODD approval ,,, it qualifies and elevates MPL into the "Revenue" category the added value works both ways ,,, higher assurances and reduced risk for BP and significantly increases the Venture value for PAA as a Company..
There is also the possibility that MT is talking to BPMT was...
