Very good chance that most or all of it (my preferred option) will be paid in a scrip exchange (although perhaps some might be paid in cash) - I'd be very happy to suddenly find myself in possession of shares in a huge, diversified international pharma which was racing to develop the full potential of monepantel across many diseases and disease types but of course that's just my opinion. (btw I'd be furious if this baby was sold for just a billion USD - MT says he could get 2,4 billion at the present level of development of the IP - you know, the 14 current patents etc. I'm more optimistic ans say USD 3 billion minimum (I simply double kpax's minimum figure for MND alone , but this is just a guess on my part, although I think we should be tough and demanding with something so special )
