Of course there is always a chance of total failure, and I'd always strongly advise anyone against betting their house or financial future on something like this, but as you say, given all the accumulated knowledge and testing of the last decade, including lab studies and human trials, that a drug with the proven qualities of monepantel will disappear, unwanted and unused, must be approaching zero. There are too many uses for an autophagy upregulator of this quality and low adverse effects for it to have no future. At its current capital valuation, investing in it is still a no-brainer.
