Great comments and I am of the same thinking...add to that the positive comments from a couple of the patients and the fact they all haven't reached the point of not being able to swallow. I believe more emphasis should be placed on the results as cohorts 1 and 2 increased their dosage and the comparison between cohorts 1 and 2 at the low and higher dosage levels. Small sample size, yes, but the longitudinal study results are consistent with MPL being effective as the dosage increased. Should MPL be fund to not provide a benefit I will be astounded
