I hear you on the feeling screwed - and rightly so - but I doubt anything you cited there could hold the company legally liable. I'd be certain the company could argue that a single person (1 of 12) passing away, when they were not on a company trial, whilst they had the worst type of MND, and whilst they had only ever experienced the lowest rate of dosing when participating in a formal trial, would not be expected to materially affect the share price. One might not agree, but it's another thing to prove that is is breaking the law. Anyway, we'll see if ASIC launches prosecution action.
