I'd like to see them commit to a more defined trial start period. This slippage and aiming for half years is giving me shivers of old PAA. Pick a time frame and stick to it. Be accountable. Yes, in this case you have leeway due to the chaos in leadership but in future I'd say it be viewed as totally unacceptable.
