Agree but I would suggest that if you are making such regular and formal statements to the market there needs to be substance to the discussions and not justified by regular phone calls to or coffee with BP mates. By substance I mean that such discussions are entered into with the potential of a future MoU or HoA. Given the importance of the discussions and related statements the market should also expect to be notified if such discussions are terminated.....OMG we live in hope but hope never made anyone rich!!
