Plus if BP are unsuccessful in a T/O then they just start buying on market with no premium or they gain a position with a placement and then place a few Board members on the BOD and promote their own agenda..

or they fund your competition and buy their Treatment ,,eg Aratana K9 Lymphoma Treatment ,,, how are our Confidential Discussions going with Big Vet Pharma? need to hear how Roger is progressing ,,, pity it wasn't ready for sale or even now as that would negate the need for any external funding if PAA sold the K9 Treatment ,,, Aratana received $245m so it should be a walk in the park to sell the PAA MPL K9 Tablets for $50m ...
