This is interesting. So we just have to pound John Barilaro's email inbox and tell him:
1) To sign because of the East Coast Gas Crisis
2) Liddell is falling apart and just had an incident and needs a new Gas Power Plant, taking more demand for Gas
3) Ask him if he had his meeting with Steggal...
4... just ask him anything to fill up his inbox.

Then maybe we can get confirmation from NOPTA, or Steggal that Barilaro has signed, then we can put up very confident dates for prediction.

While I did say we don't want a full blown pump before the announcement, we do need upwards momentum otherwise mature investors and day traders will not buy in if the trend is not going up.

So Plan:
1) email Barilaro, Ask so many questions it becomes excessive work having to read/respond.
2) email Steggal and NOPTA if we think Barilaro has signed
3) do the maths and work out 7-22days from Barilaro's supposed sign off.
4) alert the day traders of the imminent approval with evidence of all the ministers predictions for approval e.g "Before February" etc..
5) unveil our favourite updated chart.

And no there is no pump and dump... it would be crazy to sell so close and prior to approval.
