Market waiting for what we all know is coming.. its like staring at a wave you can see it hear it and feel it but cant catch it until its upon you and by the time you have 10 other people paddling onto your same wave all chomping at eachother throats to get that one wave.
We all know its coming. Its just a matter of just how big is this wave going to be. The fact it is with a governement as aposed to a corporation gives a hint to potential scale of the impending deal.
