the problem is also finding a buyer who is willing to commit to buying the spodumene concentrate. unlike bulk commodities, you can't just sell Li in the open market....because there is no open market. financing is the least of the worries. psc have reduced the contracted output to Sinomines and therefore with this extra capacity, it is more at risk.
