I've had some correspondence with a chap from NOPTA and here are the responses to my questions. Anyone can make the enquiries I made and they are not confidential.
Clearly NOPTA has done all its DD and are awaiting ministerial sign off.
Given that the state member John Barilaro has gone off on leave, then it is up to the federal minister Keith Pitt to decide, if they are in dispute.
I hope everyone is set in BPH.
