roughly speaking today:BPH has 30% of PEP 11 and BUY has 15%
BPH - 564 millions shares per let say 0.032$
BUY - 953 millions shares per let say 0.016$
(let’s disregard next month’s options and other assets for BUY and BPH)
Then what is a right ratio of share prices between two companies you think?.
