The issues for BPH are much closer to home and they are embroiled in legal action with MEC resources, have an in-specie distribution to deal with and have a delisted company (GBA) which has 50% of the interest that BPH does in Advent. The drilling will probably take place, and the probability is that they will hit the good stuff, but there are conflicts of interest and decades of unresolved issues between many corporate players to navigate through. This is all in addition to weaving a magical
path through Commonwealth and State red tape. GBA has an integral part to play in all of this and this needs to be disclosed. David Breeze will need to explain soon.
