I know three of the T20 holders who have a long holding history and most likely will accept a takeover offer.
When you look at the T20 they hold only 50% of the stock. With an appropriate offer I can see most of them and the remaining shareholders happy to exit as management has done nothing to inspire confidence in my opinion.
Any offer of $1 or above and watch the mass exit. I will be head of the queue.
