I don't want to belabor the point but I consider the following as being lies vs embellishment:

- When during a webinar the CFO stated emphatically, when asked about their cash position, she almost laughed ...we have lots of cash on hand for the foreseeable future, or something to that effect. Surprise, surprise two months later they are back at the money trough for another seven figure capital raise.

- When, during the same webinar, she was asked when the company would be profitable she replied ...we are profitable .....to the amazement of everyone listening....especially considering the multi million dollar yearly losses over the years. She then defined profitability as the positive gross margin on the per unit selling price vs their individual cost. Huh? She just omitted to mention that profitability is gross margin x number of units sold of which there were very little!!

Management seem to have gone to Trump University and graduated at the top of the class...
