When you look at the T20 they hold only 50% of the stock. With an appropriate offer I can see most of them and the remaining shareholders happy to exit as management has done nothing to inspire confidence in my opinion.

Any offer of $1 or above and watch the mass exit. I will be head of the queue.

Any offer above $1 would imply a 600% premium to the current price. If a takeover above $1 was realistically on the cards then the company would not be trading where it is.
