I have now rid myself of any doubts that the people associated with Calcifer/Koolgarra are the same as those mentioned in some dubious sounding articles posted on here and below in ASIC release. Too coincidental for adresses to line up as follows -
"Koolgarra Mining Pty Ltd PO Box 313, Macedon, Victoria"
and this -
"07-210 Father and son convicted and sentenced
Tuesday 7 August 2007
Mr Roger Thomas May, of Macedon, and his son Mr Jason Roger May, of Port Melbourne, Victoria, have today been convicted and sentenced in the Victorian County Court on one charge each brought by ASIC.
Mr Roger May, 61, and Mr Jason May, 35, pleaded guilty to dishonestly using their positions as directors of Australon Enterprises Pty Ltd (Australon Enterprises). Roger May was sentenced to one year imprisonment, which was wholly suspended. Jason May was sentenced to nine months imprisonment which was also wholly suspended. Both men were required to enter into a recognisance to be of good behaviour for two years.
The charges relate to both men creating a false company resolution in November 2003, which enabled them to transfer 60 million shares in a listed company, Intermoco Limited to Global Investment Funds Pty Ltd (Global Investments). The shares were held by Australon Enterprises. At the time of the share transfer, Global Investments was a company controlled by Mr Roger May.
The matter was prosecuted by the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions."

So who thinks these guys have any chance of coming up with something credible in their case to prove that they own Mt Mulligan which was sold by Calcifer to Mantle before these guys took over Calcifer. Sorry but I'm not buying it. IMO Kranky is 100% correct that Mantle will proceed to the courthouse to have a supreme court judge set in stone that these shonks can never lay claim to MT Mulligan again.
And to anyone wondering on a time frame to get to earnings from Mt Mulligan check this out -
"Mt Mulligan – Mantle Mining are seeking to develop a coal bed methane gas operation
from the coal seams at Mt Mulligan either to power local electricity generation or to
pipeline gas to a local market. Their plans are to finalise some legal issues & an
indigenous land use agreement in 2010, carry out drilling/exploration in first half 2011 and
complete the evaluation and financing of the project by the second half of 2011. This
would allow construction and generation in 2012 of 1MW building up to 5MW utilising
1MW bolt on gen sets. A 40km transmission line would need to be constructed to the grid
at Dimbulah."
