I don't have any issues with the changeovers (if there is total board change)

The Directors will act in a professional manner being registered as a Director of AICD
Gilbert & Tobin will remain as the Company lawyers, they are engaged by Firefinch Limited and not specifically to any given director/manager.
Treadstone Resource Partners will remain -- as above
Company Secretary will possibly resign, but again, he is employed by Firefinch Limited and not any specific director/manager.
~ opinion only: it would be unprofessional to resign "ad hoc" as some sort of allegiance being a partner of Geneva Partners with Fraser.
~ there are a lot of companies that provide secretarial and compliance services

Citadel-Magnus depending on Contract will probably be no longer required.

They will probably get the bare minimum, and realistically, what would they have to hand over:

Welcome "new directors" this is where we sort of messed up with:
(a) Morila
(b) Mali government
(c) everything else we touched
(d) you won't have any problems finding a Managing Director, we pay well
(e) oh and you will probably need an office
(f) good luck
