Since we're gathering questions together here.

Subsidiaries
1) Can a list of all Directors and KMP of each subsidiary, including historical appointments, be provided?
1a) At the time of the FFX Directors resigning from it, were there any other Directors on the Morila SA Board other than Seydou Semega? If so, who?
2) Can audited financial statements of each subsidiary be provided?
2a) For Morila SA, can a breakdown of expenditure across operational mining costs, mining asset investment, and community investment/expenditure, be provided?
3) Can details of compensation/payments made by each subsidiary to any related party be provided, including payments to past and current Directors and/or KMP of either that subsidiary or any other in the group? (as well as payments to parties related to those same individuals)
4) What is the purpose of Firefinch Services Pty Ltd? Has it made any payments to any related parties?

Morila SA
5) The Board have indicated they've been unable to obtain reports from Morila SA. What efforts have they undertaken to request reports? On what basis have those efforts been legally refused? If the answer is "no one is listening to our requests" or similar, what steps have we taken with the Mali Government and/or courts to assert our legal right as majority shareholder to appoint a new Chair of Morila SA and obtain those reports?
5a) How does the Board respond to apparent reports from Morila employees that they have attempted to contact the FFX Board unsuccessfully?
5b) Is Seydou Semega an FFX representative on the Morila SA Board or not? If so, why is he able to provide "sporadic reports" as noted at the AGM but not able to provide financial or operational reports to FFX? Have the Board asked him to provide such reports? Why has he remained on the Morila SA Board when other Directors resigned, and why has he continued on the Morila SA Board post his employment as FFX Country Manager? If he is not appointed as an FFX representative, why did FFX appoint someone that was not an FFX representative to be Chair in September 2022?
6) At the previous AGM it was indicated that FFX made the decision to "cut ties completely" with Morila SA and have its appointed Directors resign "after a month" after the decision to cease funding. However it has also been announced that FFX lost the ability under Malian Law to direct the Morila SA GM as a result of ceasing funding. What precisely has happened? What Malian Law prohibits the majority stakeholder from continuing to exercise its voting rights and appoint a new Chair?
6a) For the period after the decision to cease funding on 3 November 2022, and prior to the resignations of FFX Directors from the Morila SA Board which we were advised at the AGM happened "after a month", what is the rationale for maintaining FFX no longer had control when it continued to have a majority of positions on the Morila SA Board?
6b) What actions have been taken to restore control?
7) What was the basis for believing Morila SA was solvent up to and including the apparent loss of control event on November 3, 2022?
7a) If that basis was on the continuation of funding from FFX, what was the basis for believing the combined entity of FFX and Morila SA had sufficient expected revenue to support the liabilities and expected expenditure of Morila SA? If it was on the basis of recapitalisation via the issuance of equity, at what point in time did the Board become aware that additional equity raising would be required to support forecast group expenditure?
7b) On what basis did the Board later determine Morila SA was expected to be insolvent, relying upon this view to write off the value of its shareholding in Morila SA? When did it form this view?
7c) Following the failed recapitalisation efforts, what actions did FFX take to avoid the eventuality of Morila SA becoming insolvent and to preserve the value of its substantial investment to date? Specifically, why did FFX and/or its appointed Directors on Morila SA not explore the "preventative procedure" undertaken subsequently by Morila SA prior to FFX writing off the entire value of the asset?

I have many other questions, particularly around some of the financials and modelling assumptions, but that's a current processed list.
