Can you point out for me, where in the announcement does it say that AED will get $600m cash?

Its just not there. You are making a mighty big assumption here I am afraid.

The announcemnt completely avoids mentioning how much of anything they get in the deal. All it says is that based on the transaction, 100% of AED should be worth $1b? Based on what please? Ehy do the directors avoid telling shareholders the real basis of the deal?

Its pretty poor form really. I am surprised that the ASX will let them trade again.
