    Been thinking about Delisting after Escrow - we all likely be in the dark with our eyes shut - no communications per the ASX Listing Rules.

    Currently, the only way Escrow Shares can be transacted, I believe, is to sell FFX as a package “Lot Stock & Barrel” - ‘Scheme of Arrangement’ (SOA) fits the bill for this purpose nicely - How SOA Works & SOA Reforms

    AND an SOA would be equally applicable after Escrow and on/after Delisting. Delisting quite likely make things a little bit easier to get across line – retail exhaustion & apathy comes to mind.
