I have sent the team at Money of Mine a more accurate account of voting percentages (they suggested only 30-35%) and shareholder engagement, along with calculated numbers for a range of % voting participation, as well as to clarify some inaccuracies in the podcast.
What doesn't alter is the numbers at the top being the nominated accounts etc although that isn't quite exact, as after the last emails that were sent there was an uptick of larger holders (a) making a financial donation (b) intending to cast votes as recommended by the proposed board and RM's.
What makes a difference, is the engagement of small retail investors == holding 5,000 or 50,000 shares and everything in between actually adds up

~ these are the ones that predominately don't open an email and/or a letter or take the time to vote, they are actually engaged and want to be part of this action.
Will we have enough votes to win -- I have no idea
Will we have enough votes to get 1 or 2 directors replaced -- I have no idea
What we should have (if shareholders vote in the manner they have indicated) we will have a large enough % that will make a difference when (if) the Company present an offer to the shareholders!!!
cheers
