The MoM podcast is clearly a casual conversational gig but quite a few in the West Perth beltway tune in and it seems they are amassing quite a dedicated following post-Diggers & Dealers. It is hard to cover all of the complexity involved in this mess of a company but Patrick “the intern” has done very well to get into the weeds of what has been going on, and imo they’ve done us a great service by covering this in-depth for their audience and the wider world.

I’m pretty sure the aptly named “Firefinch fiasco” is now going to be discussed on the Subiaco coffee & lycra-clad cycling circuit this week. The directors deserve derision and a bloody good mocking for their hopeless mismanagement of Morila and for their endless cynical marketing spin. Time will tell with the 249D - what MoM forgot to mention is that shareholders here have already rolled two boards of this company before: doing it a third time, despite all of the barriers put in the way, is still a worthy bet.
