What do you think is going to happen at board meetings every month?

Hands up who thinks all or any of SD people are going to attend?

Hands up who thinks the chairman of SD is going to attend?

Hands up who thinks SD should be represented at each meeting to look over their investment.

Hands up who thinks that if SD do as they say and don't want to exercise control and realise that these people run a very big operation already and just per chance might be busy for such a small business as fml - that they might have vested their representation to one of the existing board?

And guess what they would call them? A liason person.

SD have their people on the ground here - they don't have their board on the ground here.
