I'm in , will even throw in an old CRT TV some foam mattresses and a primus cooker, can hire an on-site loo and can run an extension chord out to the container . Even prepared to put power underground .
Can run a hose (permanent ) to it by using a Y piece which will not interfere with garden watering ritual .
Have an angle grinder which will allow me to cut windows out .
