Btw how was the opening price of APT calculated? Since no one owned any, there couldn't be a market supply/demand for it to dictate the price right? Or am I misunderstanding how everything works?
Does it factor in the combined market capitalisation of both companies and then divided by the # of shares altogether? I am wondering how the APT share price is trading about 10% higher or so than AFY - why would this be the case?
I may be completely off the mark here so please let me know. Disclaimer - I have not really read any of the announcement material in detail. If it's in there somewhere, please let me know
