I note on the last 4C the 170 physicians and the 68 re-ordering figure. But the equivalent numbers for the Sept 17 & Dec17 quarters weren't in their respective 4Cs. Can you please tell me where you got these numbers from.
Also, are re-orders rates
a. % of the total number of units ordered that are re-orders, or
b. % of the base number of physicians at the end of the previous period who re-ordered
