    Yeah agree. Actually I think the way they reported the re-ordering actually makes it looks worse than it actually is.

    It might actually paint a clearer picture if they looked at the average/median number of days/months it takes for an existing surgeon to reorder. For example, if it is 6 months, then when AXP reports on re-order rates by quarters, then you would expect on average for those surgeons to not re-order, but this will bring the re-order rate down.

    Wonder if it's clearer to see if we get a view on the trend of time it takes for a surgeon to re-order? Or of those surgeons that have had 'x' months after the initial order (where 'x' is a reasonable time frame to expect the next order), what is the re-order rate of that group?

    Basically I'm thinking (and hoping) that the re-order rate is understating the actual results - and coupled with the new sales team, hopefully there are positive results ahead.
