In terms of another buyer, there is a fine line between the company proving the sales will be substantial (and pay max TO price) and buying a dud when sales models have yet to be proven (and pay min price for a higher risk).
With no CEO, directors wanting free options at current SP, and directors not buying shares at these bargain basement prices, then the confidence isn't there for a quick turn around.
There is still a fund/s dumping into oblivion, just wanting the tax loss, so SP seems to have no low limit. All very depressing and unbelievable this company can be down 90%+ from its highs. I'm sure there will be lawyers looking for any excuse for a class action against directors for overseeing this mess.
Only positive announcement I can see before Q4 result is hiring a reputable CEO.
