The quote I recall from management from the last conference call was along the lines: 'the longer they use it the more often they order'. Which is what you want to hear as an investor. The question from Alan Moss (ex. Macquarie Bank CEO) was a little more subtle. It was along the lines of 'how many re-purchase after they have used it once'. Management said they didn't have/maintain those figures, but would try to provide more detail on such types of stats for future reports. Not holding my breath, but would be good to see more transparency from management.
