When you get the hunger burn, you know that you are losing weight.
Come dinner time, 200g of canned tuna with light soy sauce, 8 pitted olives, 4 dill pickles with Dijon mustard, half a can of mushrooms.
Then comes the steamed cabbage, cauliflower and pumpkin.
I go to bed fully stuffed.
But the strange thing is, that the body seems to burn it up over night and when I take my morning constitution, I've lost weight.

Hi Quantum Torus.

Apple Cider Vinegar first thing in the morning thirty minutes before eating does the same thing and you can still eat what you want.
