    I would be very interested to hear the thoughts of others on this matter..

    and please..balanced opinions..not just the cynical dribble that some here indulge in whilst sitting back and taking a NON active roll in this whole scheme..I want to hear from those who wish for a more balanced honest system AND TAKE PART in it's evolvement not just critic those who do
