SP needs insto support at times like these, instead it looks like one of them is slowly selling. I still think we are very close to the bottom trading at ~40% of NTA (after Top Ryde is factored in).
Now At 5c preconcolidation levels, I didn't think it would ever get this cheap again after the last cap raising held so strong above 10c
